Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Mr. Alfred Literary. We take immense pride in the print quality and inspirational value of our books. Please read our Return, Refund, and Shipping policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. eBook & Digital Downloads

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks (PDFs/ePubs) are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed and the download token is populated in your account dashboard. If you encounter any technical issues downloading your PDF file, please contact us at info@imageamerica.com, and we will verify your purchase and email the file to you directly.

2. Hard Copy Books (Physical Prints — Coming Soon)

Note: Physical print hard copies are coming soon! Below are the future return guidelines once physical shipping launches:

• Defects and Damages: If your print copy arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to transit, we will send you a replacement copy at absolutely no extra charge. Please email us a photo of the packaging and damage within 14 days of delivery.
• Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return your unused physical book in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping postage cost. Upon receiving the book in good condition, we will process a refund for the price of the book (shipping charges are non-refundable).

3. US Flat-Rate Shipping

Physical orders shipped within the United States are subject to a **$15.00 flat-rate delivery fee**, which is added to your total checkout balance and processed securely. Trackable shipping details are provided upon fulfillment.

4. International Shipping Policy

For orders placed outside the United States:

• At checkout, **you only pay for the hard copy of the book**. The shipping cost is set to $0.00 initially to allow seamless transaction processing.
• Following your successful checkout, an official location verification and customized delivery invoice email will be sent to you to calculate and coordinate international postage.
• Once the custom postage is confirmed and paid, your order is dispatched immediately.

5. Requesting a Refund or Replacement

To start a return or replacement request, please send your order ID, purchase details, and pictures (if damaged) to: info@imageamerica.com. Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–7 business days after approval.
